As your nutritionist, I am here to help you make long-term changes to your eating pattern and nutritional intake. I don’t support short-term solutions such as fad diets; low-fat, low carbohydrate, high protein diets, or fad diets that focus on one particular food, such as grapefruit or cabbage.

No matter what your fitness level might be-whether your goal is to lose weight, increase lean body mass, or simply improve your health, working with me as your personal trainer will be the quickest, most enjoyable and safest way to put you on track to a slimmer, stronger, healthier and more energetic you!

Following an easy cardio warm up, you will tone and gain strength engaging all muscle groups utilizing light to medium weights.

A fun, mood-lifting low-impact cardio, legs and core workout guaranteed to improve your stamina, strength, balance and coordination.

A mixture of light cardio and rhythmic movement, toning, abs, and balance work. A perfect workout to burn calories and sharpen your memory.
