Personal Training

  • I will conduct an initial fitness assessment by gathering your lifestyle history and understanding what you wish to accomplish. We will create a “fitness vision” looking months into the future to reach your fitness objective.
  • I will create a personalized fitness program custom tailored around your specific needs and goals.
  • I will include and build functional fitness exercises into your workout. By performing exercises that mimic activities of our daily life, you will become stronger and more able to execute those activities more efficiently and without injury.
  • I will explain methods, principles and reasoning behind every aspect of your program’s design and execution so that you will understand what you are doing and why.
  • I will help you with proper form, range of motion, and intensity necessary to achieve the results you want without danger of hurting yourself.
  • We will discuss the proper nutritional components to fuel your body’s needs while working out and achieve optimal health and fitness.
  • As you progress I will monitor your improvements and fine-tune your program as needed by making necessary adjustments in order to help you advance to the next level.

For those of you who already know your way around the gym, and perhaps find yourself at a point where you have reached a plateau and can’t seem to make further progress, or you are simply need help with your current workout:

  • After evaluating what you have been doing in your exercise routine, I will recommend the appropriate adjustments to your program that will jumpstart your workouts and help you advance to the next level.
  • I will provide a fresh perspective for you based on my professional knowledge of the most up to date health and fitness advancements.In order to condition your mind and body to combat everyday stresses in life, you must engage in activities that prolong good health.


By exercising regularly and following a healthy, nutritious diet, you will experience the feelings of well-being, strength and peace of mind.

Achieving and enjoying the benefits of working out takes commitment. Adding exercise to your life cannot be a short-term fix; instead, it must be a long-term lifestyle change. So many times people exercise erratically and then give up completely, that they never hit their goals. To be successful is to be consistent.

Without doubt, I am positive that working out is worth your time and effort. It just needs to be scheduled into your weekly activities so that it has a chance to become routine and, in turn, you have a chance at meeting your fitness goals. Together we will work side by side as a team in a joint effort to make sure that you achieve the personal health and fitness goals.

I will design an appropriate exercise/workout plan tailored to your needs.
